In 2004, my parents took my brother and I on a cross-country adventure to Montana. We made countless stops along the way, always finding the coolest things to see and do. While we were in Glacier National Park my mom was in charge of the camera and taking photos. After we got back home we had several rolls of film that needed to be developed. I remember going through all the pictures and my dad saying “man, your mom has such a good eye for stuff like this”, and it has stuck with me ever since. As I got older I wanted to be a part of this world of photography. My parents bought me my first my first Nikon, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
My name is Stephanie and I am a seeker of adventure, beauty and love. I have found love in beauty and beauty in adventure, and throughout my endeavors I have managed to create the world as I wish for it to be seen. Nature is what I love to photograph most, but I am slowly trying to ease myself into the human world. Though my work may not be professional grade and I may not use the most fancy equipment or editing tools, I love each and every one of my creations. And that, my friends, is what this is all about for me.
“I felt my lungs inflate with the onrush of scenery – air, mountains, trees, people. I thought, “This is what it is to be happy”. ”
